Billing questions
The pricing details, spelled out.
A 14-day free trial on all self-serve tiers. There's no free plan. We keep the price low instead and put the free trial in front of it, so you can prove it works before you pay. A credit card is required at the end of the trial, not the start.
Pricing is by count of quota-carrying reps. When you cross a band threshold (say from 10 to 11 reps), you move to the next band's flat price. No per-seat multiplication in between, and no renegotiation.
None. The banded price is the whole price. HubSpot sync and CSV import are included. There's no per-connector penalty, which is the specific thing that makes a HubSpot team's Spiff bill balloon.
Anyone you're calculating a commission payout for in a given period. Admins and finance users who only configure plans or run payouts aren't counted toward your band.
Self-serve, cancel anytime. Because every payout is exportable as CSV and every calculation is in the audit log, your historical record leaves with you. There's no lock-in on your own numbers.
